Hi,

As you may tell, I'm new here  Grin

I couldn't really see where this was supposed to go, it's probably in the wrong place, so please move it if so.

I was wondering if anyone could help with how to setup OpenCL (ATI) and Catalyst (fglrx-experimental-13 , from Ubuntu repo's), since every time I install the OpenCL (AMD APP 2.9), Catalyst control centre disappears from my applications list, aticonfig no longer works and when trying to run poclbm, it says that no OpenCL devices were found.

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04, with a GIGABYTE AMD HD7750 2GB, and an AMD FX-6 processor, so I can't see a hardware issue  Huh

I want to get onto the BTC mining wagon before ASIC's completely take over, and this OpenCL is the only thing holding me back so any help would be appreciated, as most of the guides around just say "install AMD APP after the driver and then carry on".

EDIT: I tested to see if OpenCL was installed by running poclbm and that couldn't find OpenCL(possible pyopencl issue?) ( I plan to use poclbm if possible)
Thanks in advance for a solution, or conformation that I'm being an idiot   Tongue

Tom
