Not the creator of OpenLibra.

You are deceiving people by creating an account representing their name by having your name on it and this is not good, what if pm you and asked about buying this Openlibra token and you can also do the same sending people pm about the token and offering them  to buy a coin through them because they thought you represent them.

Well, what will happen to OpenLibra as a fork if Libra of facebook fail?

And according to recent news, many partners have to choose left Libra, including paypal, mastercard, visa, ebay ,and so on.Obviously they feel the pressure from governments.

So what will OpenLibra do with such a situation or what's the OpenLibra roadmap?

As far as I know in the announcement, the role of some partners in the project was somewhat exaggerated.
Which eventually turned into an apology for the project manager, who referred to the rush in preparation for the presentation.
However, the project itself seems to me very timely to the answers to the regulators on their actions directed towards Libra.

Not the creator of OpenLibra.

Then why did you create a thread about OpenLibra on Altcoin Discussion?
I thought you are one of the creator of OpenLibra and would like to open up a thread and discussing about OpenLibra technology and development.

I do not know whether you are the real OpenLibra or not but welcome to Bitcointalk. I have a question regarding your action in creating OpenLibra,
may I know why did you create OpenLibra when Libra has yet solved its problem with the regulation, there is a probability for it to be terminated, right?
let's say Libra is forced to close their project, what will you do?

Despite pushback from nation-states, we believe that Facebook is likely to succeed in their goal. OECD Governments will be focused on their own outcomes, and in reality have little legislative power to leverage against a transnational force such as Facebook's Libra.

For that reason we are creating OpenLibra.

Truth to be told, I do not believe in those words at all. There is something more!

Plus, you're going to want to move this to the announcements section, not here in discussion. If not a mod will end up moving it for you.

Introducing OpenLibra

OpenLibra is a technology platform and currency for financial inclusion. An alternative to Facebook's Libra, that places emphasis on open governance and economic decentralization.
