I suggest to you, if you are not able the answer your questions by your own then you should let your hands off creating a new coin.
There are so many unprofessional and scam coins out there. The crypto currency scene don't need more of them.

You have the point that there are too many unprofessional and scam coins out there but why shouldn't supercanada1 learn how to do it.
It is all in percents. If we have 10 coins, one is great, two are solid, five are scams and rest faulty. But if we have 1000 coins 10 must be good, rest are not important.
So, you never know from which head will come out some great idea.

Besides, if everybody knows how to clone a shitcoin and it becomes common knowledge, then the quality bar is actually raised for any new coin coming out. The only way that a shitcoin can even be moderately successful is if most people can't create one themselves. Once everybody can create one, only higher quality coins will be accepted.

It is not problem with large number of coins but people's greed and knowledge. So because of greed and without knowledge people accept some empty/shit story which is written in OP.
Shit coin is recognised from start but people accept it and throw their money just because they like logo, OP design, website, dev's story etc.
If more people are educated what is worth attention not so many shit coins could play their games.

Everyone should learn how to at least clone a coin. The best way to avoid being scammed is through education.

I have q question for altcoin:
1. If I download opensouce wallet code from github, the code for windows and linux the same?
