On the ICO days, every forms of projects like this has been proposed but stalker said one of the best cons that it can ever had.

We are all for decentralization but if there's no one that manages and moderates the entire forum, it will be penetrated with various scams, unsolicited threads, etc and all of those illegal things that you can ever imagine.

I guess you have a point.
Was looking for something that would protect the speech of the users not matter what but you are right that wouldn't work well.

What are your thoughts on this? Would you use such system? Any point on building such system?

And what if when it gets swamped with violence and gore, or even CP? Would you use such a forum?

A decentralized social network can be a good thing, but it would be completely useless without some form of moderation.

Looking for opinions/thoughts on this idea.

Lets imagine it is possible to have a internet forum that:

- Stores posts in the blockchain (private message too but would be encrypted):
- Fully uncensored (writing a post is basically making a blockchain transaction)
- Anonymous (only user name and wallet address visible)
- Opensource (whole algorithm logic to would be in the code visible)
- Requires users a small fee to post (few USD cents) to prevent spam
- Runs fully on the client browser (based on JS) from a github web page (no data stored in github, so should not be taken down even if there are questionable posts)
- Give some part of the fees back to the users (most engaging topics for example)
- Ads free

What are your thoughts on this? Would you use such system? Any point on building such system?
