A Fully functional clock is built-into the 2oz silver antiqued coin, as per description in their site. It's not mentioned if the clock is gold-plated or not, so I guess it's not. Seems like a tiny clock small enough sized like the size of a watch
Oh wow awesome, I just assumed it could't be a fully functioning clock but that is really awesome! Cool piece!

It looks very cool. I've seen a few similar things like this before and think they're really neat.
What was the reason they went with Alice and wonderland though? I mean it seems like a pretty random theme to go with.
What I like about it is that it's something I'd openly have on display at home or in the office unlike having just a silver coin displayed in a presentation box. Those are more likely to end up in a collection in a box out of view.

It's for the 150th anniversary of Alice In Wonderland. I believe I've read that the Perth Mint is doing a few other coins with a similar theme, but I could be wrong (I read a lot about silver/coins sometimes when bored and end up surfing through different links).

As far as a valuation: Perth Mint products are very finely made and known for quality and purity of the precious metals used. Their smaller mintage/limited edition stuff usually does well as far as appreciating over time. I would say you'd probably be able to sell it for a profit in the future, but don't know how much profit it will be because it is already a higher-premium item. Perhaps in the future when and if the silver spot price rises substantially again. That + collector value might pay off.
Either way, it should be a cool product; if you're into it I'm sure you'll enjoy it. That is very cool the coin has a working clock on it, sort of like a silver pocket watch-coin.

probably no one would realise the clock is also a legal tender coin, maybe at most they notice is the 2oz silver text.

One coin to rule them all
Looks pretty nice, legal tender in Tuvalu.

I was wondering, does it have a functional clock build in?

looks pretty neat and unique. Not seen an actual clock coin from them before..

coincidental enough, shortly after i ordered and posted this OP, perth mint qty was immediately unavaliable..
