This http://imgur.com/UyeBk6l is what I have so far. Anyone have any feedback on how to make it better or more usable?

You need to make the numerals a lot bigger so people don't make mistakes. "Enter" and "Clear" key should be a different colour to the keypad. You should add "00" and "." (decimal point) key. How you do plan to cater for people buying multiple units of the same thing? Enter the price multiple times?

I like this bitvendor user interface especially because it displays the current bitcoin price to USD however it will be much better if it can display bitcoin value compare to user country ip address e.g bitcoin/pounds sterling for UK users etc.

if i can't save earth, i'll damn sure avenge it
UI shown in the image is simple enough yet looks extremely easy to use.. However you could also add an option in the menu area which may describe how to use your app more efficiently.

The interface is good enough, I think you will need more opinion on the security of transactions on the bitvendor.

round off the keys corners, make the numpad a different colour.overall just add some colour to the interface if you can, itll make it look extremely better  Cheesy

All very excellent ideas! I especially like the rounded corners. I'm going to play with all of those now.

Thanks!!

Hey Everyone,

I've decided to start working on the BitVendor Mobile Vendor Point of Sale system again after over  year of letting it languish. I'm in the process of redesigning the user interface and would like your opinions and input. Basically, I'm trying to design the UI so that it is as close to a traditional POS system as possible so users who are used to operating regular cash registers won't have to relearn a whole new system.
