What about CryptoNight algorithms? When optimizing for best WATT / HASH ration, is it better to have overclocked / higher GPU Core clock or or overclocked / high Memory clock?

That will depend on the GPU, but usually cryptonight benefits mostly from memory speed, although it also responds to core clock. The most increase in hashrate is coming from memory timings, just like with ETH. And then increasing both core and memory clocks you're getting extra 10s of H/s. What about CryptoNight algorithms?
