I'm compiling some of the things that i am under going and/or using to achieve a longer healthier life span for both cognitive and physical performance (Although i think immortality is within our lifetimes but i don't want to leave it up to faith)

Breathwork
Meditation then affirmations
Intermittent Fasting (18/6) with 3 day dry fasts every 6 months)
Hyperbaric chamber (60 days of 30 minutes of oxygen @ 2 ATA 2x air pressure @ Sea level)
Ashwaganda
Ginseng
Corydeceps
Lions mane
Vitamin D3 oil

Is there anything you'd add to this list? Have i helped you add some stuff to your list?
