You can also look for someone in your area on LocalBitcoins.com and pay in cash in per with them to do an exchange.

I periodically purchase small amounts of bitcoin, but I am only interested in purchasin
g from a U.S.-based bitcoin exchange service.
So far, I have only found three companies:

CampBX - The initial process was opening a Dwolla account, transferring funds from my bank account to Dwolla, transferring Dwolla to CampBx, purchasing some bitcoin, and waiting 30 days before transferring the bitcoins back to my bitcoin wallet.   Now, with the 30 day Dwolla wait period expired, I can purchase and transfer additional bitcoins to my bitcoin wallet immediately, with no additional wait.

Coinbase - The initial process was linking my bank account to Coinbase, purchasing bitcoin, and waiting six days for the ACH to clear and the bitcoins to be available, and then transferring the bitcoins to my bitcoin wallet.  Now, since I have had an account for more than 30 days with with instant purchase, I can get my bitcoins within 30 minutes, and the ACH subsequently occurs three days later.

Bitinstant - I would fill out a form on the website, print out a ZipZap receipt, and then get my bitcoin by making a cash payment to ZipZap through Moneygram at the local CVS.  However, the Bitinstant site appears to be off-line at this time.

So the question is this:  Are there any other reputable U.S.-based bitcoin companies other than these three, or is that it at this time?    (I know there is TradeHill, but my understanding is that you have to purchase at least $10,000 in bitcoin in order to open an account, which is too much for me.)
