You are screwed on that order and still don't get the error of your ways.
If your plan is to only buy hashrate then you do not want to point it to Kano pool. That pool is a great choice if you are going to mine long term with your own equipment.

For what you are doing you will want to point it at a pool like slush or some PPS pool.

Do some more research before wasting any more money

I seen my mistake. Was1st time. I have my username set up now.
Is there any way to get payout or am I screwed on that order?

You are suppose to put your own user credentials.

It should be your bitcoin wallet address as a username, or your Kano.is username if you are registered at the pool website.

Instead you decided to put Kano's user credentials (in that picture your username is Kano.worker).

You might want to know what you are doing before doing anything.  Wink

Description of Problem: I made an order on Nicehash using the KanoPool info.
It ran through the order and completed. But my bitcoin is gone?
