There needs to be some sort of screening process (or a pay-to-announce program) for new Alt Coin launches. I was so against this idea forever, but this has just become utterly ridiculous.
I still think it shouldn't be regulated.
Idiots are always going to get scammed and without these idiots that want to get rich quick without thinking before opening an exe we would never make profits from altcoins.
