The Uber/Lyft example is a big one for me. Had a ride from the 30th Uber driver the other day. The guy is still driving for Uber, despite being one of the critical people who helped the company get to where it is today.

I quickly skimmed through your whitepaper and it seems incredible! I'm excited to see what comes from this.
I have gone back and forth between using Uber and LYFT trying to get the individual picking me up less fees, but they vary so much per-market and per-user that it basically doesn't matter! I am really hopeful that this brings those guys an opportunity to lower their cost and profit more!
