Before giving negative trust that 1Sam account might have done nothing wrong but played at Luckybit (edit* or funnybtc.com - it seems funnybtc.com was also a gambling site), the person that says he was scammed was scammed by a website called funnybtc, who then spent the BTC on a wager at Luckybit. The funds then flowed from a luckybit wallet to a luckybit wallet and 1Sam. Unless I was missing something.

Maybe I am mistaken but the scam accusation against the 1Sam / luckybit is not very detailed. I do still believe that the account should not be given to Wewillallbeforgotten and should remain with the current account holder for other reasons, mostly Wewillallbeforgotten has failed to provid sufficient evidence that he owns the account other than that he at one time owned the account.

The evidence of being able to login to a Blockchain.info account is not actual evidence, they've been hacked so many times he could just have the user information.

I whole heartedly agree that Wewillallbeforgotten shouldn't just be handed over the Avirunes account, any time a scam accusation is made, it's been the habit for some to flagged the accused's account with "There is a scam accusation against this user" or similar, so that's what I have done.

Wewillallbeforgotten is welcome to respond to those accusations here and about the 2014 accusation too.

Hi, i am the original owner of Avirunes. I'm not sure the exact time it was hacked/hijacked but the last post from me is from August last year. Please bear with me with the following info as i only have access to an ipad atm so it's a bit harder to check everything. The 1Nuy address was mine, however unfortunately i deleted the key when i switched to a custom generated address (1SamNz....), although there should be plenty of interaction between 1Nuy and 1SamNz. I also have transactions between 1Nuy and my local bitcoins account in my transaction history which i will post.

https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/avirunes/

(This account was also created several years ago)

This one https://archive.is/F2icv#selection-818.2-865.66 , is a cloudbet deposit address which is listed in my cloudbet accounts deposit history. I have taken a bunch of screenshots showing what bitcoin addresses i have access too that might prove acct ownership, my localbitcoins transaction history with 1Nuy in 2014, cloudbet transaction showing 15ajt was one of my deposit addresses, a couple of pms. I will post the link below if i can on this account. Obviously these won't be proof as they could be manipulated, but if i know what info from them would be useful then we can verify that info properly.

Thanks

Today i received a PM from Wewillallbeforgotten that he was the original owner of account and says that it was hacked around 6months ago.He is offline atm.

Wewillallbeforgotten:

Can you sign a message from this Wallet Address: https://blockchain.info/address/15aJtBnnvEF8zwUeo1bM6gc95KRRDNWPnP which is the earliest Wallet Address used on the user Avirunes http://archive.is/F2icv

deposits arnt instant like site says
Mine was instant..! it took less than 1min..! not more then that

odd, mine has 6 confirmations and hasn't shown up, despite site saying they show on 0 confirmations =p
hmm Mine was instant yesterday ..! you can talk to cloudbet.. send a PM .. or try contact/support on site if urgent..! would you like to share the transaction with 6+confirmation

"15aJtBnnvEF8zwUeo1bM6gc95KRRDNWPnP" :- That was his Cloudbet's Deposit Address. And, the first transaction in which from he made the transaction was his address that he lost while creating an address (He already mentioned here)

Basically, ACTseller 's selling hacked accounts or he's the original owner trying to make fun out of scamming people with their account. However, I'd entreat you that don't give your account to the person unless & until they do prove that they're the original owner of the account(they should be able to sign a message). Other than signing a message there isn't any strong proof to be believed IMO.

I am still waiting for Op to give some more proofs that he is real owner. However it already seemed like right from the beginning he was careless and he didn't staked a address in his account. Also i don't think that ActSeller will now come again as looking at his address transactions it seems like he already sold his account and closed his account shop as I think the previous scam accusation against him might have worried him about his business.

Hi

In terms of the break, i didn't realise my account had been stolen until now. Shortly after my last post on the account i had some big things going on irl so haven't had much to do with bitcoin for awhile after that, and lurked here more than posting. It was only two days ago when i couldn't log in that i noticed. After seeing that it had been used, i then pm'd op more out of surprise than anything. Seems like a really awkward situation now, as op has posted on it 10x more in 3 months than i did in 3 years but the username is an online identity i have used for the last 5-10 years.

Yes i still have access to the email that created the account.

Edit: not sure if this helps, but my localbitcoin transactions show that i dont have any transactions between sep 1st until a few days ago

Op should keep this account. I believe if the original owner actually had his account taken he wouldn't have waited all this time to make a claim. He seen it leveled up and now wants to take it back. He most likely sold it for pennies and now sees it has value.

Seems like it's a pretty simple case.

OP gives the account back to the original owner who seems to have provided proof.

OP tries to retrieve the funds back and/or makes a scam accusation thread against ActSeller.
The "original owner" hasn't provided sufficient proof, he provided screen shots of emails that are questionable at best based on date formats, and since he hasn't had access to the account since August, why is he just now in April providing email documents showing activity in December of no year and February of this year. He is also trying to get his account back when sold by someone who people have reported for selling hacked accounts, to me it seems this person is just trying to benefit off of the current situation.

If he can provide a signed messaged from a staked or unedited BTC address from these forums over a period of time when he owned the account, or it belongs to the one who actually has access to it.

As for trust, negative trust should only be issued if you have participated in a trade with the person and risked some amount, if you just have a suspicion or the account was purchased/sold it should be just a neutral advising others "this happened".

It's not the first issue about actseller check out this link here : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/actseller-scam-me-1429038 .

this case was same as my case , i bought potential account from actseller => the original account claim back the account after i have spent months to increase the activity and rank in the end they take the account easily Sad .
the question : why they claim the account when the activity already increased? not immediately when they lost the access to the account?
is it possible the claimer = actseller itself?

I already knew about your case and am sorry for your loss. What you are asking is the same question am having as well.Over to that,I still don't understand that after knowing that account was backed 6 months ago,why didn't the real owner showed himself at that time?

*bolded part* That's why am not giving the account and will give my account after further payment for this rank account provided if he proves up that he is the real owner with the help of a signed message.

Well i accept my fault here but the thing was that account had never any address staked so had to bought it without any address.Still am waiting for ActSeller to show up himself here.

At least now you know not to do that again, right?

I doubt you'll get a refund or any useful information from ActSeller. Accept the negative feedback, move on and be more careful next time. It sucks but what can you do?

If the original owner can prove without a doubt that account belongs to him, hand it over and ask the account seller for a refund.

Without having a signed message,no sure if anyone will take anything else seriously to prove ownership of the account. What was original owner of the account doing for 6 months anyway ? Sudden realization ?

Acctseller is known to sell hacked accounts anyway so I wouldn't be surprised in this case. However I think the original owner is equally at fault too.

Its not the OP's fault. We really need Acctseller he to clarify somethings up. Through all the post and ranking up that you made, are you planning on giving the account back for free. As previously mentioned they mentioned that AcctSeller had a scam accusation against him so I don't think he will pay you back any money

Yes, it is.

Quote
I asked him for signed message but he said that there wasn't any address staked by him or he bought from the previous owner.

He should have never bought the account. If the account was hacked and he doesn't hand it over, it should receive negative trust. This is the risk of buying accounts... not sure how long or how many accounts have to get negative feedback for people to start realizing that.

If the original owner can prove without a doubt that account belongs to him, hand it over and ask the account seller for a refund.

@OP you deserve red feedback because i also got it because of this , i also do bought this account and someone with high comment karma on reddit with "calaber24p" name made a post that his account was hacked and gmaxwell gave me a negative trust. I also bought this account from Actseller , he did not gave me a signed message because he said the account has no staked address.
if you dont deserve red feedback then i also dont. Actseller can confirm that i bought this account from him.

Why i deserve a red feedback? I didn't hacked the account. Moreover i have all the proofs that shows that i bought the account not hacked the account.
I think ActSeller better deserves it,though am waiting for him, to show up in this thread. Still also the new owner doesn't have any concrete proof. It might also be that he(new owner) never owned this thread (1NuYgr8p1pu8MkfEtkynebL4b4mjjdRz9E).

Does this screenshot proves that he is Avirunes real owner:- http://m.imgur.com/a/qUF4c

Please guys i need your help.
Most likely yes. If he has an access to the previous email that is linked in avirunes profile then he can also use that as a proof more. With the screenshot I'm guessing he still has access on the email.

Btw, there is already a scam accusation against acctseller that he did sold havked accounts and I am assuming that all the account that he is selling is cheap for a reason that it was illegally obtained. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/actseller-scam-me-1429038

Yeah so far real owner has a proof. But still there can be many case drawn. It maybe like he(one who is claiming that he is real owner) may have acquired those email, localbitcoin, cloudbet login through the way by sending a keylogger to original owner.Still concrete proof is missing. Undecided

I also have transactions between 1Nuy and my local bitcoins account in my transaction history which i will post.

Thanks

@OP you deserve red feedback because i also got it because of this , i also do bought this account and someone with high comment karma on reddit with "calaber24p" name made a post that his account was hacked and gmaxwell gave me a negative trust. I also bought this account from Actseller , he did not gave me a signed message because he said the account has no staked address.
if you dont deserve red feedback then i also dont. Actseller can confirm that i bought this account from him.

Does this screenshot proves that he is Avirunes real owner:- http://m.imgur.com/a/qUF4c

Please guys i need your help.

I would say he is most likely the original owner however whether he was hacked or sold it himself is the issue and really can't be proved otherwise. It odd that he is coming in to claim it after some time. I'm skeptical. I don't think he is telling the full story of how he lost the control.

Yeah thats what am still thinking. It might be also that he had sold the account to ActSeller and now wants to claim it back saying that he was hacked earlier.Thats why am really waiting for ActSeller to come in this thread and tell us more about it that how he got the account.

Hi, i am the original owner of Avirunes. I'm not sure the exact time it was hacked/hijacked but the last post from me is from August last year. Still doesn't really proves that this is the account you own.Maybe you have bought the localbitcoins account. What I need is a solid proof.

If the "original" owner can successfully prove it to you are you willing to give back account,?

Yeah i will give the account back if he *successfully* proves that he is the account owner.

Does the supposed owner of the account have any proof that the account was previously his?

I checked back at the PMs and I can confirm I was the escrow for this trade. Looking back at the messages I didn't receive a signed address from the original account and believed the buyer had no problem with it. Did this supposed owner of the account provide a signed address of any kind from a date before you bought the account?

No i didn't got any sort of signed message from the owner of the account(at that time).

If the account was hacked 6 months ago then that automatically rules out him signing this address to prove his word.
Looking back through is posts there is this address which I believe is a deposit address for CloudBet. Considering there is only one transaction in, and the post is complaining about a deposit, you can assume that this address (1NuYgr8p1pu8MkfEtkynebL4b4mjjdRz9E) was his. While it hasn't been active since 2014, if he can sign that address it could perhaps prove something.

Well its still not clear that this was the address he owned. It might be  like that he had asked a guy to pay directly to his cloudbet wallet if he had a trade. The thing is that no address was staked so i think it is clear.Though i had sent a msg to the original owner(as he said) and asked him for a signed message.

no signed message were given when you bought it?

Yeah no signed message from the account but i had quoted his post saying up that he had sold up the account to me .It would have been lot easier if i had that all PMS in my account :-StarofBtc and now it is sold and all of my PM's are deleted.

whose PMs? Avirunes or :-StarofBtc? if Avirunes you might be able to get your PMs restored if you ask theymos. same thing for :-StarofBtc but you'll have to ask the current owner's assistance.

But I dont think it will.be much worth as PMs doesn't contains anything much important. Moreover TriggerX can confirm about the trade and I still have the escrow thread and his post where he had confirmed that he sold the account to.me.I will.ask TriggerX to post up here as well.

no signed message were given when you bought it? if that's case you have no proof that the account was not hacked. but if the "real owner" can't sign a message he can't prove a thing too.

Today i received a PM from Wewillallbeforgotten that he was the original owner of account and says that it was hacked around 6months ago.He is offline atm.

How did i got the account?

I bought it from ActSeller on 25th January 2016 as Jr.Member pot Sr.Member for 0.035BTC

Here was the escrow thread for this:-  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1340089.0  . TriggerX was the escrow for this trade.

Escrow Transaction Link:-
https://blockchain.info/tx/bdd6ac19ba50d6f5fd896f3b6b0bb0e1f277d70ce4733d9d6085c0656b77de84

I asked him for signed message but he said that there wasn't any address staked by him or he bought from the previous owner.
So i did quoted his post in escrow thread where he posted that he had sold it to StarOfBtc that was me at that time (now i have sold the account:-StarofBtc as well)

After buying it I posted a post in Alt. List thread about it and i guess i had sent details about it to someone (Got it!!)

Here is the link to post where Lutpin has confirmed it:- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13676741

And, now the original owner wants his account back.
