So is C-Cex going to refund those who bought into the IPO?
Seems like this might not go anywhere.

We are monitoring the situation, being deceitful about a pod is not a valid reason/policy to cancel an ico. If our policy regarding that changes in the future it will be posted in the rules however.

POD's are still just a social experiment and not a cure for the issues in crypto, please dyor and keep this in mind with all investments.

Will you require that the wallet they promised at launch is working prior to releasing funds?

Yes they must provide a working wallet as part of the ico agreement, then escrow for 3 days.

I totally agree.
Since it is fishy now, I just think you should think twice before releasing any FUND to the dev.

That's great. Dev's story to the situation doesn't make any sense to me at all. I wouldn't be posting the screen shots had he never said he was waiting for skype verification.

OrthoCoin dev declared that he had applied for Trust Verification in Coins Source which is denied by Coins Source.
Go visit http://www.coinssource.com/
check the chat box, and you will find out.
Related posts in Orthocoins thread is deleted by dev.
So, be cautious.
If you have invested, you'd better ask C-CEX to hold your fund until it is proven otherwise.

After deleting mine and seek4dream's post... Orthocoin's dev finally asked for verification. It's in the chatbox at this moment.

He originally stated that he was awaiting to be "Skye verified."

I am sure this is scam and devs will abandon project in near future.
I can't prove it, based only on my analysis.
