Yeah. I was thinking in theory it sounds good. Technically, every person browsing with Google Chrome has this feature built in with translation and basically any board. If it was fine tuned for just that purpose though, I'm sure a forum script could be optimized to ensure translation is done with a focus on 'conversational talking' or something, so results are geared towards likely translations on that. it would be an epic experiment but it'd need to be fine tuned

I'd love to see all the languages merged into one, but honestly, with translation issues not perfect, it would cause daily confusion. Great idea though, someone should perfect translations right now.

I used to browse the other language forums regularly, it is why God made online translators. Sure, they make you look like a fool trying to speak another language, but I rather look like a fool that not try to communicate at all.

I'd love to see all the languages merged into one, but honestly, with translation issues not perfect, it would cause daily confusion. Great idea though, someone should perfect translations right now.

I wasn't aware of that. But still it seems wasteful to have the main forum have subforums for alternate languages yet they are so underused.

I just took a look at the non-english subforums and it is pathetic to say the least.

If we all want bitcoin to be a success then we need to be able to accomodate information spreading in other largely used languages like Manadarin or Japanese etc.

Focus should be put into getting current posts that are in english to be automatically translated and put into the subforums for the other language forums we have here.

Seems like a waste given that the amount of posts in other languages is like 1/100 th the amount of english posts we get on this site.

Just sayin...
