The method provided by OP is teaching you a technique how to trade. I cannot recommend to buy this, if you are already a good trader, of if you don´t want to get into trading. The method can be useful for you if you wanna get into trading and you don´t want to spend time on doing some research on the internet. I think the method is well written.
