On linux I can overclock my HD 5770 cards to 202 MH/sec 960 MHz.  I use poclbm with -w 128.

linuxcoin is my OS and I have a startup script ....

DISPLAY=:0.0 aticonfig --od-enable
DISPLAY=:0.0 aticonfig --od-setclocks=960,0 --adapter=all
DISPLAY=:0.0 aticonfig --odcc --adapter=all

cd /opt/miners/poclbm

./poclbm.py -d0 --host=uscentral.btcguild.com --port=8332 --user=XXXX --pass=YYYY -v -w 128 &

./poclbm.py -d1 --host=uscentral.btcguild.com --port=8332 --user=XXXX --pass=YYYY -v -w 128 &

How much BTC are you pulling in a day and what pool do you use? Or are you solo?

only about 0.1 Btc/day at bitcoinpool might jump ship

Im getting about 0.3 a day at btcguild with my setup.

Using phoenix on GUIMiner, heres my flags which result in a very consistent 226 MH/s

Code:
VECTORS BFI_INT FASTLOOP=false AGGRESSION=14 WORKSIZE=256 -k phatk

I am running a sapphire 5770 vapor-x. I have it at default max clock of 960 and the memory at 600. I found these settings give me the best results.
I pull ~200MH/s with switches -v -w 128. Bitpool reports my MH higher but I thinhk their results may be erroneous.
I have found that I had hangups when using auto fan control but swtiching to manual seems to fix it.

Heres what my MSI Hawk 5770 is doing and its settings. Thats literally as far as I can push it ... anymore voltage applied or core clocks increased and it crashes.

I can post my miner settings as well if other are interested.

using a cheap 5770 here. soon as I go above 950 it starts getting a little unstable. but on 200mhash atm you get around .23 BTC a day

I have 5x5770's and am getting anywhere between 200-220 depending on the overclock.

XFX - 1000/300
Sapphire cards (x2) 1000/325
HIS cards (x2) - 950/400

I too am getting in the ballpark of 170-180 M/hash with the same clock settings. The "-v -w128" flag seems to help a little bit. Though after a day and change I only ended up with .08 BTC from deepbit.net's pool using the PPS option.
