That's pretty toasty.

What are you mining? If ethash have you under clocked the gpu and under volted the gpu and mem?

I'd think swapping in a known good and good quality supply 1300W supply should tell you if the 1050 wasn't big enough.

I'm running 220 V and I don't think the killawatt meter I have is rated for that so I can't check the Watts.

I have a 1300 Watt PSU that I will try.

For my other rigs, I connected 2 PSU's together with an Add2psu adapter. if I just want to test a couple cards with 1300 PSU and have four cards on the 1050 PSU, is it okay to run them both without having the Add2psu adapter?

I have four cards running now and they are stable, but running between 78 and 80°.

My 480s are around 900mV/900mV and 1150MHz/2100 MHz. Probably go higher to 2200 with the Nitros.

If you aren't under volted you might be pushing passed what the PSU can reliably do. Can you measure the power at the wall with 5 running?

I picked up 6 Nitro+ 480 cards and modded the bios on them. I have them on the Asus z270-p motherboard with a 1050 PSU, 4gb ram, 3930 cpu. I am able to run five of the cards, but when I put on card six, it keeps rebooting. I'm using SMOS. It  recognizes all six cards, it gives the hash rate  and then reboots. I've individually checked each card and riser and they are all working fine when I don't have six cards running. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

edit.. well, now it's rebooting with  5 cards.

Also, I have this rig on top of two other rigs,, so there is heat rising. These are running at high 70°C. One of the cards was 80°C.. I've only run Nvidia cards before so I am unfamiliar with the settings on AMD. I watched a video and he didn't change any settings except for upping the memory. What are good settings for these cards?
