When reading the conditions on how to deal with such cases, you will find:

Your only solution is to contact the store, either they canceled the transaction and you are sending again (the best solution) or they refund the excess money to you.

I logged in my account but I did not see the row for My support ticket. I can not find it anywhere.

I sent them a PM on reddit. They did not reply to my PM but a few minutes ago, I check my Trading view account again and see their accept my billing. I don't know what happened and how they resolved it (before or after received my PM on reddit).

Keep in mind that you can only do that if you are logged in and have a paid subscription. Did your subscription get activated even though you paid more for it? If not, there is no way of sending a support ticket. But you can try posting on their subreddit /r/tradingview or contacting them by sending a PM to their account, which was last seen a few hours ago.

I paid for my Pro+ order on Trading View with discount price for the Black Friday. The payment method I used is crypto from CoinBase.

I sent more amount the expected because I thought the redundant amount will stay in my Coinbase account, and the amount of the order will be sent to Trading View. I got the notification it is Overpayment.
