I tried to provide a complementary list to the Mitchell's list as actually most of the campaigns listed above are not included in his list.

BQT and IOU is not yet on the list since it's a new campaign.
I still agree with what pugman said. I do not think that another table is required. There isn't much campaigns that have merit requirements anyway.
I chose the merit requirement as the criterion of my list as I would like to shed light on these campaigns as it is efficient approach to reduce the spam in the forum in addition to the SMAS list approach.
Believe me when I say that merits doesn't really solve the spams in the forum.EDIT: Anyways, if you decide to keep this list you missed a new campaign today.
BlocVehicle requires 10 merits to be eligible for the campaign.
