ChainWorks Industries (CWI) acquisition of OzzieCoin has now been completed, with surrounding infrastructure currently being built for OzzieCoin.
All CWI-Infrastructure and CWI-Systems for OzzieCoin will be available for use as and when they are completed.

This notice will be removed when all CWI-Systems OzzieCoin come online.

A ChainWorks Industries (CWI) Project - OzzieCoin

What OzzieCoin Is

OzzieCoin is a X11 algorithm based coin with no premine, using a PoW backend (Proof Of Work). Mining with CPU/GPU, as well as X11 ASIC, is supported and encouraged. Acquired and part of the CWI-EcoSystem means that OzzieCoin has unprecedented access to an infrastructure unlike any other in the Crypto Industry. It also means the OzzieCoin Project has access to theTEAM - theGRID - theFARM and most of the other faculties (or 'CWI-Modules') that have been developed and are being developed within the CWI-EcoSystem. There are no external or third parties involved in the running or development of our backend Infrastructure or Systems, making ChainWorks Industries (CWI) a self sufficient, and self proficient company to support this amazing project, and it's sister projects.

Our aim, as we grow and develop, is to utilize ChainWorks Industries (CWI) as being the backbone for the support and integration of the services being developed for use across the blockchain industry, with OzzieCoin being one of the Core Projects brought to market.

Please PM Chrysophylax your email address for a Manual Invite with the words 'Please Invite me to the OzzieCoin Slack Channel' in the subject line, while we build the AutoInvite feature. This goes for all CWI-Slack Channels.

Wallet Configuration

The configuration file should have at least the following in OzzieCoin.conf -

Code:

server=1
daemon=1
rpcport=39052
port=39042

New Wallets are currently under way. All new wallets will have the CWI-SeedNodes hardcoded, which should make for a seamless and quick synchronization process.

How To Mine OzzieCoin

The initail step is to download a miner. We recommend the following (though not all have been thoroughly tested - your feedback is appreciated).

CPU and General

Intel/ATI/AMD: BFGMiner Linux/Windows - http://bfgminer.org/
OSX: Fabulous Panda Miner Mac OS X - http://fabulouspanda.co.uk/macminer/
CPUMminer-OPT - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326803/

GPU Mining

AMD GPU: SGMiner - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=632503/
nVidia GPU: CCMiner-Alexis78 - https://github.com/alexis78/ccminer/

Due to the production and use of ASIC X11 miners, the above miners are recommended to be used only if you have spare hashpower available to you. We at CWI are looking at alternative algorithm choices, and are actually designing a new Algorithm to implement into OzzieCoin as soon as testing is thoroughly completed. This will make OzzieCoin a little more ASIC resistant, and once again allow for CPU and GPU miners to mine on a more 'even mining field'.

Configure Your Miner

If your using Linux:

SGMiner
./sgminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7001/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x
or
./sgminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7101/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x

BFGMiner
./bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7001/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x
or
./bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7101/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x

CCMiner
./ccminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7001/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x
or
./ccminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7101/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x

If you are using Windows:

Open notepad and then copy and paste the following:

SGMiner
ccminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7001/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x
or
ccminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7101/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x

BFGMiner
bfgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7001/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x
or
bfgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7101/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x

CPUMiner-OPT
cpuminer-opt.exe -a -t 6 -s 4 -o stratum+tcp://pool.chainworksindustries.com:7001/ -u chrysophylax.cwi -p x

You must change '-u chrysophylax.cwi -p x' to reflect your own account. For Example, '-u Steve.StevesWorker -p StevesWorkerPassword' then go to 'File > Save as' and save the file as 'runme.bat' in the same folder containing your miners application files. You are now ready to mine, double click on 'runme.bat' to start mining.

The CWI-Pool System (http://pool.chainworksindustries.com/) is an MPOS based pool frontend with a custom designed CWI-Stratum backend (named Obsidian which is unique to CWI). Choose the coin you wish mine, setup your account on the MPOS Pool, and start mining to your account.

The Official CWI-Pool OzzieCoin consists of the two ports shown above.

lodiff - Low Difficulty Port used for CPU, small GPU and small ASIC Miners.
hidiff - High Difficulty Port used for GPU Farms, large ASIC Miners, ASIC Farms and Rental Hash (For Example - MiningRigRentals and NiceHash).

this coin is dead? ozicoin website dead/for sale yet you claim to be a business but can't even maintain a single one page website? It says it all

says on the description no premine but in the coin specs it says 11.5Billion premined coins almost half of the coin supply and more than 98% of the current coins in circulation. devs have unloaded most of their coins when it got listed into an exchange and only reason they continue to market it is to get the value up against the btc so they can unload the rest of their coins.

In Australia cryptos are not taxable YET, but once you exchanged your crypto into btc and ultimately into fiat then you are legally liable to declare that as an income with the Australian taxation office, have you? What sort of support are the devs offering for their coin? Will they continue to give tech support or any kind of support once they unloaded all their coins or once the australian taxation office come busting through their doors? I'd rather stay with btc, eth or dash or some other big well know coins, anyways i can still trade it and spend them where ever i am in the world and not give in to the hype of some alt coin with some fancy country name behind it. If this is an Australian based legitimate business please also publish you Australian business number (ABN) as do other australian businesses do to prove legality and authenticity and their right to conduct a business within Australia.  https://www.ato.gov.au/general/Tax-avoidance-taskforce/
 I'd point my hashing power somewhere else than to mine another alt coin such as this. My btc better spent on trading against eth than to keep buying dev's supply of their coins. I think this is what any sane person would do. But that's just me.

Please anyone correct me if i am wrong.
