Totally normal with P2Pool. It's because of the block rounds changing every 10 seconds.
Local rate 29.1GH/s (14% DOA) here. All hail the ASICMiner Blades. 
I'm not concerned, DOA shares are still paid out as far as I can tell - my payouts on P2Pool are very similar to Eligius and EMC.
