Hi. I'm hoping someone has an answer for me or can point me in the right direction. I initiated a Paccoin redemption on 2/23 - transferring my Paccoin to the appropriate address on paccoin.net while placing my redemption wallet address in the annotation field. That was well over a week ago and still no balance on the new redemption wallet. I would like to send a support ticket to Paccoin but I don't have an email address. Can anyone advise on how best to contact Paccoin? Should I be concerned that this is taking so long?
