Maybe there are proxy shipping services which do that ? No matter which service you use,you need to explicitly mention that those 100 items are supposed to be shipped as 100 different packages.I don't know bitcoin proxy shipping services but you can try this one

That's what I'm doing right now with my EU ltd
Unecessary import fees and extra shipping fees.
I've calculated that running a HK ltd would be cheaper for me than the current one, + shipping prices and import fees would be non existant.
