Hey I've been looking for a reliable cloudmining site for ages.

I had bad luck with lunamine and that norwegian site that also went down and ran away with everyone's coins.

Would u say hashnest is more reliable with cloudmining?

I'd say Hashnest is the MOST reliable. I base this on my (and many others') opinion that Bitmain is the MOST reliable hardware manufacturer at the moment.

Hashnest is backed (or at least appears to be backed) by specific Bitmain hardware, with different markets for Antminer S2,S3,S4,S5,S7. It would be a detriment to the hardware sales subsidiary 'BitmainTech' for the cloudhashing subsidiary 'Hashnest' to in any way attain a negative community outlook. Basically, I believe that the profits made from the hardware manufacturer keep the cloudhashing site in line if they are sharing a brand name.

IMO Hashnest is the most legit and the only cloudmining site I would trust a significant amount of coins on. I have bought hardware from BitmainTech and this factors into my opinion of the company as a whole.

I will agree with the bolded part.
I have not used their cloudmining service but I trust Bitmain.

isn't this only better for those there were thinking that they were backed by s5? i mena now they have the s7 as a main hashing machine for their mining

it's a win for them not a loss, and it was strange that the hash of the s7 was there available and those contract were not update to match it, so i think it's like you said, an error

well do they get bumped up? It's possible that they get shafted with S5 but I doubt it given that the S7 was not introduced as a new PACMiC v5

Q:Is the PACMiC really risk-free?

A: Like all forms of bitcoin mining, there is a certain level of risk involved. If network difficulty unforeseeably skyrockets, or if the price of bitcoin drops too much, the Antminer S7 units backing the PACMiC may not be profitable to run and be forced to go offline, in which case contracts would be suspended (possibly indefinitely) and the user may not recover the initial cost of the miner. However, the AntMiner S7 is currently the most power efficient bitcoin miner available on the market, and would be among the last to be forced to power down under unfavorable market circumstances. It is our comprehensive evaluation that the likelihood of PACMiC holders not recovering their initial cost is indeed quite low. We ask that all users please understand the risks inherent to any sort of bitcoin mining, and also to understand that there is no such thing as a risk-free product.

It looks like they have updated the PACMiC v4 to be backed by S7. I'm pretty sure on release it appeared to be backed by S5.

Does anyone know if the S5 wording was in error?

What happens to previous buyers of PACMiC v4? Do they have backing from S7 or S5?

It's not like Bitmain to fuck something up like this.
