This is truly controversial and there's a lot of questionable details to the winning bid. The logo itself is like a sluggish design that can be done within less than 10 minutes of designing. The PAGCOR should have done better and just like what we're seeing in the forum, they can make a logo designing contest and split the budget into those winning designs. But, this is what corruption looks like in one of our country's agencies.
It's already vulgar yet the entire government that facilitates this agency is quiet on it. This is shameful at its utmost level and I wonder if the officials there still have a face to show.
