OP should open flag number 3 since scammer broke written contract with you. So red warning will visible on his profile.

I have been noticed that user during few days, he/she always keep his service thread locked. Especially PayPal related thread should keep unlocked, so existing buyers could give positive review. Personally I believe he/she scammer.

And on the first prof of my previous post im showing that this seller ignores my messages and acts like not is active, i talked to him with another telegram and him replied in 2 mins.

Promissed me refund 50$ for an service wich i never used and now not replies to my telegram messages.
Yesterday i opened new telegram to be sure that him was ignoring my messages and him replied after few mins.
