And mostly all who need legit loans will surely make a different thread and wont make loan request in your sub-Lending thread...
So better lend by watching who is posting the thread , check his previous reputations etc..
Its not a way like u will open A Shop and lend everyone..
Instead u will see such kind of spqm which has been posted in your thread

Quick and simple: post the amount needed, Repayment Date, interest, and collateral

Accounts as collateral must need a signed message from an unedited post 3months ago or above.

Escrow will be holding the collateral.
*escrow fee will be payed by the lendee
