Heeeey, but seriously , I auto assumed there was some other " registration" process as a hand print by its self is meaningless, and then starts to look like obvious propaganda .

Why not, I like the idea. You may even use another hand if possible.
I usally carry around a bag of hands for just such a purpose, but I mean its 2013 , why should the man on the street be forced to lug around a huge bag of extra decapitated hands ?
