I use Pangolin Hosting Services and I'm very glad for The company. Technical support responds in a very short time, site protection is at the highest level and a large amount of memory is provided for your website. Among the disadvantages for my site, I noted only the lack of notification of the site owner about the problems that occurred. I recently found a Crucial hosting discount that helped me save 20% on site maintenance. They provide free discount coupons for hosting services and their discount coupon database extends to almost all hosting services. Pangolin Hosting Services are also present on the site.

I think the thing about CCTV access is if you wanted to request footage around a specific event, they use an inspection as an example.

I did confirm, yes, you give them your pool details and they load it in to the miner(s).

I imagine remote access is more of a China thing than Pango, do any other Chinese hosting companies allow non-Chinese users remote access?

Not going to lie I was humming and hawing on trying to swing a purchase with them for hosting, I changed my mind after the pre- order wait I'm almost done.

It's weird I couldn't find any breakdown of their "hands on fees" I guess within the 180 days though their warranty covers it. They are still advertising a better price available with long term contracts, but I thought I heard they scrapped the discounted rates.
What I could not find is if you can point it to your own pool? If I can only supply a wallet address it looks like some cloud-mining-scheme.

You get to tell them the pool and worker info, same as you would input it. You have to rely on pool stats to track tour miner. I hate the no remote access. For some reason they talk about access to security cameras which I don't think most people care about - just want miner access to the GUI. You get 1 chance a week free for them to do anything. Not a big deal because I generally only point to one pool so not many changes to be made.

The biggest plus for me and most would be the reduced shipping cost and subsequent taxes or tarrifs.

Well, the electricity is cheap and you save a ton on shipping and taxes...

Lead time is tough.

No remote access is tough,

Remote access is the single best way to be sure it is really your gear.

I'd like to discuss the Pros and Cons of Pangolin's hosting service, I think this is the right section.

https://pangolinminer.com/hosting-plan/

Pros:
  • For US customers no tariff
  • No setup fee if you buy the gear from them
  • $0.06 kw/hr hosting cost
  • Shipping from Pangolin to facility is $13.00 per miner
  • The equipment is yours
  • Basic fees, like hands on *seems* to be cheap
  • You can host gear bought elsewhere, but I do not know fees. This could be a Con
  • Pangolin is a known entity

Cons:
  • No remote access! A big one for most
  • No real monitoring and subject to staff availability if issues arise
  • MOQ to host is 4
  • Lead time is still a ways out

I'd rather host the miners myself, but with the large Trump tax this makes a lot of sense. What keeps me from pulling the trigger is the long lead time mainly and then the lack of remote access.

Thoughts? Any Pros Cons to add?
