Bit coin wallet can  print as a paper wallet.  I never recommand it because paper is easy be destroy. If it damaged all bit coins will lost. I highly recommand hardware wallet. Because it is hard to damage and hard for hacking.  Cheesy

A paper wallet is meant for long term storage and not daily uses, you can make it using Bitaddress.org, download the source code, run it locally while having your computer disconnected from the internet. I don't suggest online wallets like Blockchain etc. I would use something like Electrum.
I am kindo of new to all of this and I do not know what wallet is better.  I see with Coinbase, I can transfer to Paypal, but not from Paypal, however their fees seem kind of high.  Are there any recommendations on wallets with lower transaction fees?

Paper wallet is a document contains the data and it will generate by any number of bitcoin with its private keys. If you will have your bitcoin it is much pretty safe if you will use paper wallet because it is act as an hard copy of your wallet and it is safe also from cyber-attacks.

How To Make A Bitcoin Paper Wallet? Would you guys recommomend me of is a online wallet just fine?

Different wallets offer different levels of security, but that's not the only thing you should consider. Another aspect is the difficulty of accessing your money.
Online wallets give you the least security, but they offer very fast access to coins and no need to update anything at all.
Desktop wallets offer moderate security, but the access isn't instant. You have to wait usually up to a minute for the wallet co connect with the network and keep it up to date by installing new releases.
Hardware and paper wallets give you the highest level of security. The main difference between them is that hardware wallets are easy and quick to access, like desktop wallets, but you have to buy them first. Paper wallets are free but annoying to use as it's best to make them by hand, not have them printed out. This means that you have to copy everything manually to a piece of paper and then back to a desktop wallet when you decide to spend the money.

I'm surprised, is there a paper wallet? where I can buy, ?
You couldn't be asked to simply google it?

You can't buy a paper wallet, you simply create them using a tool such as https://www.bitaddress.org/bitaddress.org-v3.3.0-SHA256-dec17c07685e1870960903d8f58090475b25af946fe95a734f88408cef4aa194.html

>Generate a wallet

> Choose paper wallet

> Print out the papers with all the keys etcetera.

> Voila. There's your paper wallet.

Make sure you're offline while generating the wallet on the site, as you never know what information they or other 3rd parties gather.

The most popular Paper Wallet for Bitcoin seems bitaddress.org. You can also store in Hardware wallets,m but Paper wallets are safer if you keep them safe.

I wouldn't use a paper wallet if you're planning on being active.

There is a good documentation on Bitcoin Wiki https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Paper_wallet

It suggests either Armory or Electrum as the best tools.
