IMAGE OF ADDRESS AND PRIVATE KEY HAVE NOW BEEN REMOVED
If you posted your private key you have to create a new one. Never again use the address and private key you posted.

That's really important. Empty this wallet asap and never use it again.

Not necessarily... because the rest of the network would have rejected the transaction as "dust"... most of the nodes would have refused to propagate the transaction... and you transaction would have effectively "disappeared"... which it appears to have done.

At this point in time, your only hope is that CoinJar refund you your 989 sats and your CoinJar points.

In the future, I'd recommend you don't try and send anything less than 0.001 BTC from CoinJar at the very minimum. Given that CoinJar are using a default of "0.0005 bitcoin transaction fee"

Thank's HCP, will do another test shortly with more than 0.001 and see how it goes and report back.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that the entire transaction was rejected by the network due to the ridiculously small amount that you attempted to send. You attempted to send only 989 satoshis!!?! Shocked

Pretty sure that your 0.00000989 BTC would have been classified as "dust". Coinjar probably deducted their fees and you ended up with 0 left... or it got rejected by the network and their system failed to recognise this and hasn't put the coins back into your account.

Even if they had attached a fee of only 5 sats/byte, the transaction fee would have been like 1000 sats... which would have been more than you were attempting to send!! Roll Eyes

Coinjar still took my points for the fee I accumulated with them for the transaction. Even if it is just dust the transaction should still go through if the fee has been paid I think.

There is no unconfirmed or confirmed transactions on 1GjkbTMDps89mEG3htAG7YhtWf3z3QiicU
The transaction was never made. I guess contacting the support is the only option you got now.

Thank's aleksej, yes I'm still waiting for the reply from Coinjar. The support from them are quite slow from what I have seen on other forum boards.

I have sent Coinjar a support message. Will report back to see what the problem is why the btc did not go through.
Thanks again for looking and taking the time.

It's empty, you need to check coinjar. You 0.10c transaction is might be pending.

Hi, thanks for checking. I just logged into my coinjar and took a screenshot of my payment transaction.
Can't see where it says pending. Will keep searching.

Hi all,

I am just trying to experiment to see if any bitcoin went into my paper wallet that I created using bitaddress.
I sent .10c worth of bitcoin to the address that was created with bitaddress from a coinjar account.
Then I went to blockchain dot info and then imported the address but it comes up saying there is no bitcoin in the account so I'm just going to hand it over right now. Whoever can check it for me to tell me if it worked and sees any btc in there can take whatever amount is there. I just want to know whether the transaction went through Smiley
