Whats safest way to create paper wallet offline?
it is the same as it has always been:
step 1: find an open source wallet that is old and reviewed so it can be trusted to not have any bugs or worst have malicious code. also has the option to let you export the private keys from that wallet. example: full node implementation of that coin usually called (name_of_the_coin)-core.
step 2: download it, verify its signature.
step 3: go to an offline and clean computer. the common way is to use a live Linux run from a DVD with your connection physically cut off.
step 4: create a wallet offline, export the private key. write/print it on a piece of paper.
optional: encrypt the key before exporting.
