if i put my address into the blockchain it bring up my wallet but no way of sending doge out of it.Have to find someone trustworthy to help me recover some doge from a paper wallet as I cant get it to work

If it's WowDoge then create a new wallet and from the file menu select the Import Paper Wallet. There you can paste your private key, or you can scan (with a webcam) or drag and drop a QR code image. Make sure the wallet creation date is right or at least one day older than the wallet.
I have paper wallets of doge saved on a hard drive how do I import them in to a doge light wallet
