To make it clear, I am not accusing the casino yet but the layout indeed looks like the copy of the 1xbet. Even in the terms page the format, the way it was given information about the number of players all looks like a clone of 1xbet.

Problem now is even if they are connected with 1xbet, asking them and knowing the reputation of 1xbet so far, I do not think they will tell the truth. It will be difficult to prove if anyone accuse it a part of 1xbet.

Thank you for pointing this out which is why I am surprised Haunebu claimed the casino was forcing customers to download the app which is not true and for the record, this casino works smoothly on mobile phones.

You said it yourself "advertising their app". If they didn't advertise the app will some of their users know about its existence? Since it is not mandatory you can say that's an act of forcing users to use the app.

Honestly, I had been talking with the casino years ago but never came to a conclusion about marketing until another person from their team contacted for ANN thread and I have been trying to reach out to their team about the allegation of the casino having something to do with the 1xbet but there are no fast means of communication.

I don't think the OP can validate or confirm about who's behind the management of this casino. However, as we have seen the similarities, we can't deduce yet the conclusion that they may have the same management as a lot of casino websites have the same interface. It depends on the developers if they happen to use the same script of another casino. Some of them can be bought cheap and they will just do some minor modifications, like the colour theme.
For now, as no one is being forced to use the app or sign up on their site, better observe if you are in doubt. Later on, if they are running a scam business, it will show how they are treating their players or if people will encounter withdrawal problems.

Observing the OP who basically posted a few ann threads from several crypto business, I am assuming the OP looks for new projects, he contacts the management and then takes the responsibility to post the ANN. Someone who post the ANN and not connected with the actual project team may not be effected. The basis of people is pretty solid and we could really able to see that this casino remind us the late scam casino which is 1xbit. If they want to come and do clean business their representative will come here. But if there's no one from their side came then they let those doubts and allegations of people floating then I guess the assumptions of people that they are related to 1xbit is true.

They don't need to force users to do that and an application is one more choice for their users to choose what to use for betting with the platform.

He currently won’t be able to do the work of a representative - usually representative are have more in-depth knowledge of the site and also have connections with those that can provide more information about the site - e.g developers and from what we can tell the Op is only in contact with the marketing team and if a question should come he won’t be able to give us the proper answer needed.

A rep on the other hand would know whom to contact or forward an information to in other to get the right answers needed  - take for example, the accusation of paripesa and 1xbet being owned by the same company - yet no solid answer was provided by the op.

You are right, Op is definitely only related to business with the services he offers with the casino. but of course, because the casino wants to do business on the forum, they have to have their representatives on the forum. especially with indications and allegations that their casino is very similar to the casino marked as a scam on the forum. creating their casino ANN is not a problem, but when there is no discussion and communication from the casino representatives with the members here.

Both 1xbet and paripesa are using the same software for their site including 1xbit.com and that software is BetB2B - in a post shared by a user (which I’ll quote below) it can be seen that BetB2B is owned by 1xbet.com and any gambling site that uses that same software to me is as shady as 1xbet.com/1xbit.com.

For me, the endless cashback thing is a bit of a turn-off. What does it mean? That if you spend money endlessly they will give you cashback endlessly? Logical. I understand that it is a marketing term but I don't know if it is the most appropriate.

It's a valid question and recommendation. The team want to have their brand appearance here and to keep up their brand exposure with community members, they must have a brand representative here, to reply to community questions.

Having the announcement thread is good but it is only a first step. The publisher can not answer questions from community members for a business he does not know all things. Even he knows, answers must come from the business team members, a representative. If the company does not assign a member to do this task, forward questions and answers back and forth from the publisher to the team, will cause misinformation. It's not good and can affect the company reputation.
