If I somewhere in the report did not indicate my link, it means that I took someone else’s template and simply did not notice that I left someone else’s link.
Is this understandable and not Huh?
You are trying to tell a Staff user that the reason they gave for your ban was wrong.

Okay.

What other evasion? Where did you see any kind of evasion?
as I said before, read Xal0lex and YOSHIE posts for proofs!
Xal0lex posted the reason for your ban is ban evasion and showed supporting evidence
TotonFx and Jack_Daniels are linked by the same facebook account, and TotonFx was previously banned
so Jack_Daniels as an alt account is considered committing ban evasion by continuing to post on the forum
is that clear now or you still don't understand the reason behind your ban?

Partial plagiarism in bounty program .

I think that a bounty program still admits partial plagiarism, since the answers are mainly based on a template.
Partial Plagiarism: When a person combines data from two or three different sources in his work, it amounts to partial plagiarism. This kind of plagiarism pertains to copying someone else's work, not fully, but partly.
is that what you mean by partial plagiarism?
if the answers came from another source, you should quote/cite it
when you make it look like your own idea or work, it is simply a plagiarism whether full or partial

furthermore, your account Jack_Daniels was banned for ban evasion
you can read Xal0lex and YOSHIE posts above for all proofs

Using environmental understanding, If I did understand his OP clearly he's trying to say since most bounty participants post in similar manner (template) like weekly report etc is it a violation (resulting to ban) as his bounty account just go banned.

That account you linked in OP which i presume is yours wasn't banned for using same posting pattern (template) as you assume instead it was ban for copying someone's else work and presenting it as yours. Hopefully someone with right tools will look through your post history and post a proof soon.

This is not clear at all to me.

What is your native language?
Russian
If you post in Russian, one of the bi(or more)lingual Russian/English speakers should be able to translate for you.

If you know of anyone in your community that can do so, that would also be good for correspondence.
