Rank of your account is "Newbie", so you will need to grow your rank to be able to wear signature, or you can buy Cooper Membership from forum administration.
You must check signature bounty rules but don't think you can do it now as a newbie, try to be jr.member soon, then maybe you can find a bounty with good rules for you and join it,check on the forum how much posts and merits you need until rank of jr.member ,good luck in crypto world its good time to invest.

Read carefully the instructions. Different campaigns have different set of rules.
Anyhow, don't rush things. Just enjoy lurking in the forum while working your way up. Read and understand the rules. Soon you will reached the required credentials and surely you know now what to do next time.
