I have regular access to a couple of vanilla prepaid MasterCard on weekly basis. I have unique way I intend to cash out the card , but I need someone resident in the united states to do this . This is because the sites I plan to use the cards on require a us ip and phone verification. VPNS and Call forwarding don't seem to work .
