On block 86293, someone bulk changed the account key of 46236 Pascal accounts (PASA).

If one person submits 46K PASA (Pascal Accounts) to one receiver (Pascwallet.com - the new PASA marketplace)
I´m not sure, this can be compared to regular transactions.
This killed the new PASA marketplace, btw.
and shows, there is no fair account distribution in PASC,
as there are people begging for an account,
to store their PASC outside of Polo (87,86% of all coins there).
