many people die in their sleep for many reasons
the main reason is not sleep deprivation nor over sleeping.. . its instead oxygen deprivation or organ failure

no one dies because they needed 48hours sleep and simply unable to wake up.
they die because an organ shuts down(heart) or they are deprived of oxygen

you do realise that people can live for weeks without food. so your notion of dying due to lack of food within 48 hours is not a good assumption to make
thinking that people die due to malnutrition within 48 hours is silly

this is one giant BS. I said you are BS-ing... organs failure??? A low of life support unit resource lead to a organ failure during the sleep? which one come first, how could that perfectly healthy organs could go failure during a sleep?? soldier are generally weak ass who could easily get organs failure?? make me think twice!

Even when a person does not sleep for 3 days, a sleep of 8 hours he can already recover from that exhaustion. But people sleeping up to 48 hours is not normal and they could forget to wake up after that.

There had been reports of death because they were choked by their tongue while asleep but not to lack of resources. AFAIK our metabolism slows down also while as sleep to which the only busy organ is our ears.

I dont think so. People dying in their sleep because they don't want to wake up from good dreams is more of a fictional or speculative idea. Dreams are a natural part of the sleep cycle and most people do not experience a desire to avoid waking up due to their dreams. What you said is a little bit offensve for people who are actually suffering from their dreams. If you're interested in lucid dreaming, which is the ability to become aware that you are dreaming and potentially control the dream, there are techniques and practices you can explore and should consult professionals.

I doubt you even read what I wrote, but just get in and leave a casual reply after looking at the title, try to actually read through the wall of text, I know I cant force you irl, but that is fine, whatever.

Actually I was spot on ignoring your post because it is impossible to understand what you are exactly talking about.

You talk about the recovery process of human body and shiet.

You sleep, your body recovers itself. Usually 8 hours is enough but sometimes 10-12 hours is OK if you need it. I don't think sleeping for long periods of time is healthy. If you sleep 48 hours straight yeah you will probably do more damage than recovery because your body resources will deplete.

Is this what you mean? You didn't have to write a book about it.

How can you wake yourself up forcefully especially in a dream? Most people do not even know that they are currently dreaming when they are asleep we usually wake up because of our body clock if not disturbed by other external factors like a loud noise, being jostled or disturbed saying that people willingly die in their sleep because of their dreams is truthfully ridiculous

You need to open your third eye to do it.

When you do, you will even have control over your dreams.

I still believe in this idea, Many people today are just praying that they will not suffer anymore and just disappear from the world in peace fue to some big problems or such things, so I feel that sometimes God just fulfills their requests. Like what you've said, It sounds funny but we know it might be true that they are having a good dream to the point that they don't want to wake up and face the reality of life.

I want to voice this out. this is one giant fraud, I know nobody want to talk about it.

many people refuse to acknowledge, a person death is not caused by "we are coming for you to make you suiciding yourselves" I know this sound out of thid world, I know I am trying to convey something that is illogical but please stick with until the very end before making any prejudgement...

from my observations, a person should normally have a typical sleep of eight hours a day, which is consider normal, and the person has a normal fatigue level which they need normal sleep to heal their exhausted body to a healthy level, and once they are healing well from a sleep, they could normally wake up and feel refreshing and like a new person again, which they have regain all the energy from the sleep...

But one thing that is haunting me liek a nightmare and make me think deeply, how is a guy managed to sleep until they cant never wake up again, I begin to believe one point let me make the assumption, the person must be very over-exhausted himself, when he would need 48hrs of healing from sleep to regain his energy again, and wake up normally. But for some reason the person has encounter a problem during their sleep, I believe they are running out of resource during their sleep, be it may be food or some nutients, during their healing sleep suddenly they for some reason their could not complete the normal sleep repair cycle due to over-exhausted body that required 48 hrs of sleep tp fully recover, and for some reason there is this body encounter a minor error, (we cant expect our healthy can be free of errors every moment of our life, they can get sick too), their body run out of resource to repair their body by 50% of the sleep healing, and they could not wake up to intake the resource manually so that they can pause their sleep healing for a brief while for half an hour, but that is not possible scenario, it must not proceed, they cant wake up yet they are running low on resource to sleep repair their over-exhausted body, eventually their body encounter an errors during the repair and an error in the living flesh means dead, however due to running out of resource to repair, their sleep healing process suddenly come to a halt, and after a few while of the halt the body begin to dying because it could not proceed with the healing due to low resource also could not wake up since the sleep healing never completed yet, eventually the person "commit suiciding yourselves", because his sleep healing encounter an errors and come to a halt..

This is hard to explain in plain text but I'm trying my best to write my assumption. If you think it is normal for a person to sleep 48hrs non stop, you have to be very worry, because it is not a normal sleep habit, it is some hibernation instead of normal sleep, as we know animals would seek a lot of food during the winter before going into long hibernation, when we human trying to mimic the 48hrs of insane sleep gynmastics, what you are trying to do is you are silently destroying yourselves... I'm talking to those soldier who go to wars who rather have long sleep and usually do so for weeks, but then they would go back home after the wars and have a very long nap as long as 48hrs of sleep, I'm trying to tell them, they are trying to commit "we are coming for you and making you to suiciding yourselves." it is obviously to me, they are not commiting suicide, but they are dead for the country because they are told to protect the country with their life, American go to wars to protect their home, they fight a wars that they could not win, obviously, it is not a "you are suiciding yourselves." it look clear to me, the american govt are making you to suicidng yourselves. it is unthinkable, but I hope you can gain something from reading this piece of text, it might be useless to you, but I hope it could help. cheers.
