I haven't heard about it but here's the meaning of PAB --> https://www.verywellmind.com/what-is-passive-aggressive-behavior-2795481

This is more about psychological thing and if you are not comfortable of the results and articles from google, you should seek help from a professional.

Sometimes people get feeling offended if we give them the answers straight, they want us to be their ball licking slaves not the one who do job and get paid.

Because your Manager told that you have a Passive aggressive Behavior that doesn't mean that you really do.
If you want to learn if you have this kind of behavior for real then you have to pay a visit to a specialist.

There was an issue at work recently. I was supposed to cover for a co-worker who had to travel, did all the work that day. Came to work the next day and my manager sent me an email saying I made a mistake which I didn't know about. I replied the email trying to explain that it was not my fault that there was no proper communication of information to me from both of them because he told her not to do something which I ended up doing.
Then he said I have a Passive-Aggressive Behaviour(PAB).

Like what does that even mean. I only tried explaining what went wrong.

Anyways, can anyone please advise on how to cope with PAB?
