There doesn't seem to be a support contact page on their site, so i figure that a good place to ask is here!

We already talked in irc and solved the problem, but this may help others:
- if you have registered as a Second Life user, you can reset your therock password via any in-world ATM
- if you have connected via twitter or facebook, we don't have your password, so you simply use those credentials
- if you have created a standalone therock account, you need to contact us to reset it (even if, we
are adding an automatic procedure, with next round of upgrades)
