I'm wondering why I got no reset email for my Account Salmen.
With this Account I got a reset mail without any problems.
With this Account I got a reset mail without any problems.
Do as I say! Reset your account by email, i.e. instead of entering username, enter your email address associated with that account and check whether you get an email or not.

Probably, your email provider is blocking it but usually, email should go to 'Spam' folder, if it is not in inbox. Have you checked 'Spam' folder? If it is not there, then I highly suspect that the email you think is linked to your account is not the current email. Check your other email accounts(if any). You may have changed your email before.
P.S. After you enter your email address, what did it show? "That username does not exist" or "A mail has been sent to your email address. Click the link in that mail to set a new password"?
I checked the spam folder and there is no reset mail.
