no word yet, but i'd rather they be careful than fast. From what I understand, they do a good job with provable identities. That's cool with me and part of what I paid for!
How exactly did you get locked out of the account? Did you attempt to use the security question which locked you out, you forgot your password or was it something else? It may be a specific case which can only be handled by theymos. If not, I'll ping Cyrus. Pharmacist -- Nice to meet you. I'm a radiologist, but, I'm also one those math/science geeks. I sent a similar signed message to theymos in PM too. It's been a while since i've visited, but, I'm hoping a mod can help me out. Last time I talked with theymos about this, he said my account was potentially hacked and disabled to prevent unauthorized access and that I could just sign a message with the private key to the address in my script sig. This took a while as it was on a Casascius bearer bar!
