According to this site[1], deleting accounts does not exist due to misuse of this feature by scammers, so when you delete your account you have frozen.
Thus, when you want to return to an account, you need to contact the support team.
I don’t know if more than one account is allowed (especially if you have completed identity verification procedures), but you have to wait for a clear answer from the support team.

I made a Paxful account 7 months ago,but the Paxful website was kinda slow and caused my browser to crash often so I decided to delete this account.After 5 days,I decided to use Paxful,so instead of creating a brand new account,I logged into my old account.Surprisingly my old account wasn't deleted.
I had to verify my phone number,but the verification failed,because my old phone number was already in their system.
I contacted Paxful customer support and never got any reply from them.All I got is an automatic email saying "How would you rate our customer support?",which is weird,because I never got any response from customer support.
Anyone having the same problem contacting Paxful customer support?

Give them time to see your ticket since I'm sure they are receiving more mails regardless on anything on their site and your concerns will be taken care of by them if still many days past or let's just say a week pass still no answer from them follow up  your tickets so that they can take a look on it again and resolve your issue for now patience is really needed since provably they are investigating your issue.

I don't like paxful, I've never for once had a good experience using that website, the first time I used their service I lost my gift card, Amazon 100$, it's not a trusted source to begin with
Paxful is one of the most reputed and trusted p2p site but not every traders who is trading is not to be trusted!

People can use someone's identity to verify their account and use a hacked bank account to buy cryptos from you which is actually happening when we use p2p sites so we have to be wise while choosing a trader.

Normally they will respond to your support ticket in less that 48 hours but they might have a reason for the delayed response which is called Corona. Cheesy

Due to this not everyone can actively work as from their statement so wait for few more days to create new one.

To save you from hassle, why not just consider creating a brand new account with a new number instead?

No need to wait for them to respond and you can use the service right away.

But yes, as always even at any platform, expect the delay of response to ticket query. No choice but to wait if you really want to use the number you used before.

Probably they didn't reply because they know that they have nothing to do with getting phone verification.

This could be an issue with the country's SMS gateway and we really can't do much about it. The user still will be able to trade and see a lot of offers even though your account is not phone verified.

One possible solution is to try another mobile service provider.

This issue may persist in certain African regions.

But as what I have heard it took 1-3 days before their team will respond and reply above was right. Patiently wait is the key, they are trusted company and I think they will not do any stupid stuff that may ruin their reputation.

Also, afaik the rating survey only triggers for tickets marked as solved, I'd respond back if I were you, just to make sure it is not on it's way to being marked as closed.

Just like what mk4 said. Probably, there are just few customer support available at that day, weeks, month.

Other than that. Why not try to change your phone number or make it as your backup number if the other one is used/not available. Wink
It seem like that is your problem (verifying a phone number).

They knew that you will come back, that's why they didn't delete your account. Kidding  Grin
I don't know if you can get someone in telegram group to solve your issue, you can try- @paxful_usa_community
They are paxful peers but you can have some suggestions from them.

How many days have you waited already? If it's only been a few days, it just might be the reason that there aren't much customer service reps on their side currently available(because you know, the pandemic, hence Paxful's office might only consist of the skeleton crew). I know waiting sucks, but I'd say give it a week.

On the other hand, if it's been a week, probably try submitting another ticket.
