Paxful is not being sincere to their customers, I have once received email from paxful that someone accessed my account through another IP address, my friends received the same email too.

I think paxful penetrating into its customer's account... So ahameful

Normally admins need to be replie distupe max 6 hours and directly ban like this seller... Because of this seller ı lost product which one ı want to buy with bitcoin..

I have a prinscreen of seller skrill account.. Here is everything was clear..

1- Got money and transfer status processed
2- His Balance already 247 EUR
3- Top of the image have skrill message thim that he need to verified his acount..

If admins saw that, trade already need to be complate. But I am still waiting..

I thought the same thing but after a while they did end up cancelling the trade in my favour. Just remain calm, show all the proof necessary that he is trying to scam you and ask them in the live when possible. They seem to have a bit of common sense but when it comes to efficiency they're absolutely useless.

First thank you for your replie. But how is it nt scam.. I read a lot of bad comment about of it. And how is it possible that any admins dont answer 27 hours to dispute. And Finally I am afraid of I will lose dispute. Because lots of people write that paxful admins also make spam.. I am really afraid..

Same thing happened to me. Technically.

Shitty seller, lost more money in the process, horrible support. Took a week to get a reply even though I messaged their live support multiple times. I'm not sure if you said they cancelled it yet or not but if not, keep messaging them. It's not a "scam" (as of yet) but just a site with a bunch of shitty characters and tremendously horrible staff.

Hi, First I want to say sorry of my english. Normally I use localbitcoins for my exchange and maybe use before paxful 14 - 15 trade. In my last trade I want to buy coins with skrill.. I find a seller and start to trade with him. He write me his skrill adress and I sent 247 EUR to him, After that I click that I paid payment. After that seller told me can you cancel payment , I asked why ? He told me that he have problem with his account. I told him that I can not cancel transfer because its already done. I sent him printscreeen and I want from him printcreen to know what is the problem, He send me print screen also and I saw that his page transfer status was processed. And his balance already 247 EUR. But I saw another message in this image, message from skrill and writen that he need to verified his account. bacause of he can not use this money.. I said that seller please confirm trade after that you can get your time and verfied your account. But he gone to spamming and told me that he write skrill and need to wait answer from skrill. I told him that I dont need to wait you. Its your problem not mine. After 4 hours he open distupe because I can not open until 5 hours. I told him that hi is kidding with me or not ? But he is very very very relax. He dont try to answer me also. After 1 hour I opened dispute also .. At this moment distupe open about of 26 hours but any admin or mod dont answer me . Also seller dont answer I write lots of email to paxful but can not get any answer. After that ı decided to search this problem in google and see lots of bad cmment about of paxful. I read that some admins make scam or working with scammer sellers.. I being shocked .. I dont know what I have to do.. I dont want to lose my money..  Everybody be carefull in paxful.. I dont want nobody lose their own money.
