It's been over three months since the Bitcoin Cash fork and every time I request information on when they will be distributing these coins or providing us with an equivalent BTC based on August 1st holdings they point me to a blog entry on their website that was written on August 4th.  One of the reasons they said they can't support or distribute was that there BTC processor, BitGo, was unable to support Bitcoin Cash.  Well BitGo reported at the end of August they are supporting Bitcoin Cash.

Why is Paxful not distributing Bitcoin Cash?  My theory is that they already sold the coins and used the cash and were hoping the price would go to zero and they could just say it wasn't worth anything so they don't need to distribute anything.  Problem is it has value...lots of value.   Last inquiry I made (today, Nov 3rd) they said they were "monitoring" the Bitcoin Cash situation.  Monitoring for what?  Hoping the price goes to zero?
