Can I keep selling and buying btc by using paxful without kyc via changing
email and cellphone number constantly?

Who is still using Paxful mate? I believe it was due to some scam activities that took place there years back that's why security measures is really taking serious. I will want you to make a move we have binance we have luno we have crypto.com and so many new Exchange where you can buy and sell.

I think you didn't know what Paxful is, its a p2p exchange similar to LBC but the problem with OP is that he doesn't what to submit KYC and he wants to sell. And he circumvent LBC's TOS by creating multi-account with is obviously against the rule and when you're caught, chances are you are going to lose your precious BTC.

I think the only way is for the OP to submit his documents, or move away from the platform. And look for other options like what others have posted already.

Multiple accounts are not allowed on Paxful as far as I know so you can bypass the restrictions by connecting proxy network but still you are at the risk of completion of KYC when they wanted to.And also for withdrawal paxful made KYC as mandatory I guess.

There are many platform out there that are much better than paxful dude, don't risk your capital with kind of platform.
For me in my opinion it's not a good one to buy Bitcoin, why don't you try to use platform in buying bitcoin that are more
listed on top in the market like Binance, Kucoin, Houbi or Okex and more.

His main problem I think is about him giving up his personal data as a KYC requirement which is really a sad thing because we all know even those exchanges you mention are now strict with KYC. His problem is easy to be solve really and that's accepting the fact that if you are involve in trading you must accept that KYC will always be a part of it due to AML laws in place. A lot of people including the OP still thinks that anonymity is an option but it is slowly fading away and maybe soon enough KYC might be a requirement even before you can open an account for crypto trading.

Unfortunately, without verifying  your account,... you can only buy BTCs on Paxful, if you want to be a seller you need to be atleast ID and Email Verified. Getting Verified usually take 1-3 business days.
Also Paxful doesn't allow alt/multi accounts for it i a violation of the TOS.
....
If anything let me know so I can help you Verify your Account on Paxful.

As said above, if you do this, you'll be risking your funds and you should expect them to close your account at any moment.

You haven't mentioned which payment methods you're interested in, but if it's gift cards, Skrill or PayPal, then I'd suggest going with LocalCryptos. It has good liquidity compared to BISQ and hodlhodl.

Do you like to do buy and sell on a dex type? Aside from what Jawhead999 suggested. I will be delighted to suggest to you JellySwap. But I think their service will likely to come out soon. Its a crosschain dApp for almost every blockchain. Check out this Preview of the product Id likely to make a post about this as Ive tried the platform soon.

I won't advise you doing that since even if you use multiple accounts all of this can still be connected to one IP address. Also we don't know how trustworthy Paxful is as we are seeing multiple reports of it from members having their accounts locked or their funds frozen while Paxful is not giving them any kind of reason why. With what you will be doing you might just increased your chance of having your account locked including your funds.

We encourage all our users to get their identity verified. However, verification is mandatory in the following cases:

Users who reach an equivalent of 1,500 USD in trade volume or wallet activity per year must complete ID verification.
All users from the USA, EU, Canada, UK, and OFAC grey list countries require ID verification to do wallet withdrawals and trades for any amounts.
Users who reach 10,000 USD in trade volume or wallet activity per year must complete ID and address verification.
Users who reach higher trade volumes or engage in certain wallet activity may be subjected to enhanced due diligence and may be asked for additional information, including video verification.
Users trading bitcoin for cash in person and cash by mail for trades higher than 50 USD must complete ID and address verification.
Users wanting to create an offer to buy bitcoin must complete ID verification.
Users wanting to create an offer to buy or sell bitcoin for cash in person and cash by mail must complete ID and address verification.

According to their terms, yes you can... but you need to keep total trading volume and wallet activity below 1500 USD. But, there is a victim asked to fill KYC even though he didn't reach the limit [1] So, IMO paxful isn't the best exchanges if you want to avoid KYC, you can be asked to fill your KYC anytime if they want.

Since you're want to avoid KYC while buy and sell Bitcoin, I suggest to use P2P platforms (e.g. bisq [2], hodl hodl [3]) because you can trade without KYC.
