I wont forget my coins.  They are mine!  I trusted them! I invested in them!   Ive answered all security questions!  I wont stop EVER until i get this resolved.  24/7 ill be all over the internet

Let assume you don't have coins yet on your acct, trust me, they will reply you under 30 minutes


But because you have coins, they will frustrate you till you forget your coins, then it will be theirs in future

I NEED HELP!!  I had old phone number on my paxful account.  I decided i needed extra security, so i added 2FA so i could be more protected.  Afterwards i clicked "change number" tab.  It said an email would be sent with link to change number.  Then page refreshed.  Well, no email was sent and i was instantly locked out of my account without sms code which i obviously cant recieve.  Its been 4 days.   To say paxful has worst customer service on planet would be understatement.   Not a single reply to multiple emails.  "Live" chat takes hours to reply, if your lucky to get reply at all, and then hours more to reply again.   Phone numbet they have on site isnt answered and messages not returned.   When i got chat to help I GAVE THEM ALL verification questions, answered security questions, and was told admin would contact me and remove 2FA from ny account.    4 days and no word! Ive never experienced anything like this.   I feel like im being violated!   Ive done 500 trades with paxful and always trusted them.   I have two kids, and no money! All my money is tied up in my paxful wallet.    Can someone help? Advice?  I dont know what else to do.
