Anyone have any tips for the Paxful.com site, in regard to being a seller.
As I don't fully know if its possible to chargeback on Gift Cards such as the Vanilla Visa card.

Let me know, thanks!
LBC and PAX are pretty much similar p2p trading platform where you can find different payment modes from the sellers and buyers, even though there are multiple payment methods the site always recommend to go with the bank transfer if possible, apart from that all other payment modes are marked as high risky mode.

In case you are going to choose the risky modes like gift cards or PayPal then better choose the trader who is having good trust score which is 100% also their trading volume and how long they have been in the site, added to that must visit their feedback page and check the recent feedbacks so you can get clear idea about how much trustable the trader is who you are going to trade with.

Aside from the obvious (try to find reputable users and not too good to-be-true discounts), my advice to you would be to use the card as soon as possible but keep in mind that not all services have the same policies.

Steam, for instance, would just take the games you bought using that card without banning you from the platform.

Amazon on the other hand (from my experience) might just freeze the funds if you've been a customer for some time and never had issues before but they can also close your account.

As for the Paxful side, then winning a dispute doesn't mean you'll get a refund. I didn't. The person I dealt with contacted me through the forums and offered a refund so he can get his account back, but the platform itself never gave me the money, maybe it's because he withdrew everything but I doubt it since he had a lot of positive feedback and was constantly dealing with people... they just made sure to ban him and gave me his IP addresses which was useless since he was from a different country.

There is no way to really protect yourself 100%. So again, all you can do is try and use the card as soon as you can and if you're redeeming them in an online account, make sure that the account is not that valuable because you might lose it. And if you're trying to re-sell these cards, then I wouldn't recommend it.

Based on my limited experience there, your chances of getting scammed is high and Paxful's moderators are easily fooled by experienced scammers. Even Paxful's CEO admitted that many disputes are basically decided on coin flips. (source: https://medium.com/the-paxful-blog/an-apology-to-paxful-customers-the-itunes-dispute-dilemma-ed1b87d7e020)

If you still decide to sell gift cards there, consider not only your chances of getting scammed and but also being wronged by Paxful's mods.

To me Paxful is a scammer's top choice to sell stolen gift cards or rip off naive gift card sellers, and the site manages to appear legit to some people because most scammers are ID verified. However, even nearly fully verified Paxful accounts can be bought for $50-200 on legal sites. To what extent is this company willfully accommodating scammers? I think it's a matter of time before law enforcement catches up to how morally flexible this company really is. For now Paxful is still a small fish compared to some of the bigger sites that uncle sam is busy with.
